1. Define the buyer and the use.
State whether the order is for retail, wholesale distribution, a commercial display or corporate gifting. Include the destination market and any requirements already set by your customer.
2. Select a product direction.
Choose glass balls, decorative glass ornaments, tabletop decor, candle holders or plastic baubles. Send a reference image or a link to the relevant collection. Ask for individual product photographs and specifications.
3. Describe the print requirement.
For printed balls, choose glass or plastic and explain whether you need full-surface, partial or logo printing. Share artwork and any print-placement references.
4. Give a useful quantity range.
A quantity per design is more useful than a total without a product mix. Ask the supplier to confirm minimum order requirements and any effects on sampling or pricing.
5. Plan packing and timing.
Explain whether you need individual presentation, retail packing or bulk protective packaging. Include the delivery destination and target arrival date. Confirm the schedule in the quotation rather than assuming a standard lead time.
6. Confirm the specification before ordering.
Review the product reference, dimensions, artwork, agreed sample, quantities and packaging. Request any product-specific documentation that your business needs. Keep those requirements attached to the final order.
