Christmas Decoration
Production & Quality
Review the glass forming, surface finishing, decoration and packing routes relevant to your project. The process and checks that apply are confirmed for the selected product.
A clearer production conversation.
Not every process applies to every item. Begin with an actual product reference, then agree on the finish, decoration, inspection points and packing before ordering.
Start with the glass item.
Confirm the selected shape, dimensions and intended use. Machine-blown glass may be discussed where relevant, with availability checked against the actual design.
Choose the finish.
Available surface routes may include electroplating and spraying. Discuss the required appearance and request item-specific samples or references.
Define the artwork.
Laser work, transfer printing, color painting and decals may be considered for relevant items. The suitable method depends on the product and design.
Agree on inspection points.
Review the actual item, dimensions, finish, artwork position and any market-specific documentation required for the destination.
Match packing to the order.
State whether the project needs protective bulk packing, individual packing, retail presentation or gift presentation. Confirm the final pack in the quotation.
Keep one agreed specification.
Before ordering, align the product reference, approved sample, quantities, packing and project schedule so the quotation reflects the same brief.

Ask what applies to your item.
Does every product use every process listed here?
No. The production route depends on the selected item, finish and decoration. Confirm the applicable process for the actual product.
Are certifications listed on this page?
No. Certification names are not published here because validity, product scope and destination-market relevance must be checked against the current documents.
Can I request product and process photographs?
Yes. Include the product direction and the information you need. The team can discuss which current photographs, samples or documents are relevant to the selected item.
What should be approved before an order?
Confirm the actual product reference, dimensions, material, finish, artwork, sample requirements, quantities, packing and schedule in the project quotation.
